Data Handling and Retention Notice
ERP registers, cash flow records, PDC information, bank facility records, reports and related uploaded files may contain confidential business information. Access is restricted to authorized users within the applicable organization.
Uploads
Supported imports are validated before processing. Direct public access to tenant media storage remains restricted in production.
Backups
The production application includes database and media backup tooling with configurable retention. Operators should maintain protected backup storage and perform periodic restore readiness checks.
Export and deletion
Organization administrators can export their tenant data. Deletion requests should be verified and processed according to contractual, legal and backup retention requirements.
